steam!!!

OK so i bought my RO off of ebay (i know its stupid idea but it was cheap!)
and it wont register to steam is there a way the old owner can delete it so it will register for me?

The only way you can play it is if he gives you his account. Perhaps he's not using it anymore but I doubt he'd give it to you as he probably purchased other games with it. Even if it was cheap, you should never purchase a Steam game used for that very reason.

yep i never normerly whould but as i said it was cheap, im still waiting for a reply from him about it!
