On talking with my little frenchman nW|Raz, our UK prices are far superior to your euro prices :p

Like CoH: Valor is almost half of your sale price, BC2 is

Nice. I decided months ago I was going to get my brother BC2 for Xmas. And Steam so kindly obliges me by slashing the price. Swweeeeeetttt.

I wish the Gothic bundle was a little cheaper. I've heard conflicting things about Arcania. Anyone here have experience with it?

Getting nothing from Steam this Xmas, I've got a lot of games and I'm too busy to play them. I'm actually happy that HOES have been delayed. Now I can concentrate in my tasks, hopefully they'll be achieved by Q2 2011.

Just grabbed The Witcher: Ehanced Edition ($5! Seriously!), HL 2: Episode 1 & 2 for $12.98. So since I haven't even finished the first game in the Stalker series, which I bought during the last big sale, I will be busy until next year :p.

I bought Gothic II Gold edition from STEAM, and after the game Intro and first chapter, the game stopped working.

Basically, the gameworld turns into a gray world of gray geometric planes and you can hardly move your game character around; and then it just stops working at all.

I started Gothic II up again a few times, and the same thing happened each time.

I could have perhaps reinstalled it or ask for help at their forum, but I didn't bother.

I have never had this sort of problem with any of the many other games I have on STEAM.

I'm not sure how well i'll get along with The Witcher (which is why i didn't get it when it was fresh), but it's only 4 euro's, and it seems like a lot of game to get for that price, so i do belive i'll give it a fair go.

New Vegas is also tempting, not super cheap by any means, 37 euro's is still some kind of money, but eh.. it's so obvious this game will get a whole bunch of DLC later on that you'll need to have the full game, and it won't be free, so it's also very tempting to just wait for the GOTY version.

BF BC2 is worth it for that price IMO. I would also recommend FEAR 2. Nicely done game, but very linear. At under $10 it is worth it though.

I always thought the combat in FEAR was superb. I don't really know why but the shooting just felt right plus advanced melee techniques = win.

Also I just purchased Bully: Scholarship edition for 2,50€.
