Steam Problems (Not Red Orchestra Problems)

    If you are having a problem with steam (ie: Steam won't launch, steam won't launch the game, steam won't install) or anything other than the "Unknown Steam Error" inside of Red Orchestra (delete your clientregistry.blob file to fix), you will need to contact steam support.

    To get help, first do a search. If search does not get you the answers you need, a new tab will be made available after search that says "Ask A Question". This tab will let you directly contact steam support with your issue.

    can you help with this please...... Steam Problem: Guest Pass Acceptance page cannot be displayed I receive a "Page cannot be displayed" error when attempting to acknowledge a Guest Pass which I received - what should I do?


    Please launch Steam and log in to your account, then enter the following into the address bar in Internet Explorer:

    steam://ackMessage/ackGuestPass/< Your Guest Pass Code >


    put your code in with out the <these>, and it will give you a new window to activate your guest pass
