STEAM Patching Problem Steam Servers Too Busy

So... I got my new Vista computer now and installed Red Orchestra. Everytime I try to patch the game by clicking "Install" on steam/games I always get up after the patch time and stuff: Steam servers are too busy to handle your request. I have tried to patch it in 4 days but always get up the same message!

I have searched but didn't found the same thing, lock my post and link me if someone has posted the same problem.
Computer specs:
Intel Pentium 4 3,4 Ghz
ATI Radeon X300
1 GB RAM

Try deleting your Steam "Client registry blob file"(?).
Its in the main Steam folder.

You will have to take this problem up with steam/valve support.
