Steam Day 1 weapons?

Hello, just wondering if you do not buy the DDE version of the game from Steam, at which level do you unlock for example: the MKb42 and the AVT-40?

Side question - will flamethrowers appear in the game at any point? Serious question. They were very much involved in the battle for Stalingrad.

Flamethrowers will not be in-game, the mod rising storm may have them though. I thought Nestor said that in an interview at prague.
