I'm trying to use direct connection link to join my RS2 server using steam bootstrapper but it doesn't seem to work.
The default command is
and works flawless for joining servers of other games but not for RS2 servers:
When I use the join port only a steam "game-info" window opens mentioning "the server doesn't respond"
When I use the query port of a server the game launches but doesn't connect to the server and stays on the welcome screen.
Did anybody managed to get the "steam://connect" command to work with RS2 servers?
I've heard that there are similar issues with KF2.
