Static Meshes

Where are all the static meshes in the SDK?
Making a map with only brushes seems pretty dull...

I also can't find any good textures, can't find anything useful in the Content browser!

When you go to your content browser in the SDK right click on packages and select fully load. That should give you more things to work with.
