KF start up error

I am going to keep this short and brief, i have been having trouble with starting KF. I need help with this, I've tried deleting KF and re-installing it but it still shows this same error:

OS: Windows NT 6.1 (Build: 7601)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2794 MHz with 4095MB RAM
