I had something similar before (Windows defender) or something.

A quick scan and remove with Malware Bytes sorted it.

Windows defender 2010? or something
My friend had that, and it was really pain in the ***.
Finally got the computer working, but it was still
blocking internet somehow, some didnt had any other
change than reinstall windows.

CCleaner and MSE are really all you need. No need to pay for those stupid bloated anti-virus programs anymore.

Can't go wrong with Spybot/Malware Bytes occasionally to clean it out either.

Thanks for the help guys, my PC couldn't even get into safe mode, so my cousin who is a computer expert invited me over his house for dinner to fix it, and now its fixed with free anti virus software!

Mind telling us how he fixed it?

He was able to get it into safe mode real quick from the configurations before the virus kicked in, it took him all night to figure out but he did it.
