It's not very easy to aim a rifle as quickly and accurately as soldiers in RO2 do.

I do think it should be slowed a little but I like to believe RO2 represents soldiers at their fullest capability.

Kinda on the fence about it.

See what happens when you release a game that's high on realism?
It's never real enough!

I want unreliable busted weapons and a bad stomach from the rations i ate earlier, also if i stay alive long enough i have to drink water, and then pee if i make it even further.

we want the game to be realistic within the limits of the GAME and sorry but your example it's just stupid, be serious please ;)

why not let players get them to the center of the screen in about the same ammount of time as now, but then have it take a little bit longer to get the sights lined up? Ie this way you can throw it to your shoulder & fire at close range. However med & < range shots will take a little bit longer to get alligned. ( med here = 50 M )

Yes i'd like it as well.

it would prevent people from rounding a corner and instantly landing a perfect shot with their rifle.

maybe add a 1sec long sway until the iron sights settle down

I think the time to aim down the sights is just fine. What I hate, Is how they made aiming down the iron sights feel floaty. As if the weapon is pivoting on a ball joint instead of firmly shouldered. They had it right in RO1 and I have no idea why they decided to do this in RO2. It makes using the iron sights feel unnatural and unrealistic. I have done tactical training with rifles and the gun moves nothing like it does in game. You keep the weapon firm on the shoulder and you move your body with the gun, you don't swivel it around while breaking your sight picture.

I know this has been already stated but it's somthing important:

please decrease the speed on which you go to ironsight mode

...No please don't. All you will get is codrambos shooting from the hip all the time, or using melee and bajonets excessively. It is fine as it is, and it rewards players who sight properly and shoot well over people who just spam smgs etc. It is hard enough as is for a rifleman to kill a assault or smg in the small maps.

I would love to see the iron sight/weapon ready speed decreased, a bit, when breaking a sprint.
Well, I'm not enough used to CoD habits maybe.
