Speed Hack Detected?

Just joined a match and the game started spamming me with "Speed Hack Detected" before kicking me.

Any idea of what was going on?

I had a similar problem in the beta. For me, it seems like it displays that message whenever you have an excessively bad connection to the server, and you experience significant lag. Those are the only times I noticed the problem.
