Spectate Squad Leader When Electing for Squad Respawn

I know it's a small thing, but I'd love it if after you elected to spawn on the squad leader (and he is alive), that Spectate Mode defaults to spectating *him* rather than somebody else.

Should be easy, oh great ones

It is? After I select "Squad Spawn" and hit ready, it goes to spectate some other random player. It only spectates the Squad Leader until I hit the button.

It should be though. I never see my squad leader unless he is my friend. This game does, or did, default to spectating your friends in your steam list. It doesn't seem to do that now though...
