Some questions about making new weapons for KF

Hey guys,

First I'd like to introduce myself.
My name's Syncing, I make models now for 1 1/2 years.
I made several skins for CSS and now I'm interested bringing some new
firepower in KD. But to do that, I need some more knowledge.
What I can give:

-> Models
-> Animations
-> Textures

What I need to know:

1. Is there a rig for the KF hands? Bcs the guy who animates my model would enjoy to have a nice rig so animating goes better. (For all who don't know what a rig is. A rig are, for example, the KF arms with a proper bone setup)
2. I never modded the unreal engine, so how can I get the anim into the game?
3. So far so good, if everything's done, is there someone who would be so nice to bring the weapon into the game (trader, damage, etc etc)

Here's what I'd like to have in KF:

The model can also has some nice attachments like a silencer or a bayonet.

Knowledge of Animation is a greatly wanted asset in any community, there never seems to be enough of them.

On topic of how to import animations, I'm not entirely sure, I know Marco converted Half Life 2(Source) assets to UT2004(Same engine as KF) so I know it is possible, maybe you could ask him for the program/technique he used.
