solo suicidal problem

hi,
a) the suicidal solo problem
1/ in the map selection screen, when i choose suicidal mode and go on an other screen, the difficulty mode is empty [same problem when i start a server]
2/ i have just killed 2 times the patriarch in the farm and : no achievement


b) achievements do not allways work
sometimes when i finish a map online (or not), i don't get the achievement (it's the same with the steam account of my brother).

no mutator activated, playing only official maps

Sandbox mode cannot be activated.
You must have an active internet connection and steam running.
You must have the latest version of the game installed.

if this only happens "sometimes" you should check that the server is running whitelisted content only!

i have reinstalled the game and nothing changed

Which map(s) are you playing? I know you said KF-Farm but is it the latest KF-Farm? Specific maps are on the whitelist aswel so no one can cheat the perks.
