As you may or may not know, I am about to start making the Ultramar mod for RO2. BUT for doing so I must have the necessary software to make it.
I wish to know EXACTLY the best programs to use in order to do it properly and not have any un-necessesary delays.
I have seen the mod making guide by Susi but wish to get more specific info.
Opinions by people involved in mod making for RO2 will be considered "superior" since if they are involved in this, they know more than the average Joe.
Also, if Susi's guide is good WHY THE BLOODY HELL ISN'T IT STICKIED? It can be very usefull, IF it is correct that is.
