It would be better if only the squad leader gets commands like -

"Hold this position"

"Attack!"

"Flank left, flank right"

"Fall back"

and the rest of the other classes have commands like -

"Enemy spotted"

"Grenade, take cover"

"Watch out, tank!"

Oh sorry for the mislead, I forgot to write there it's only for squad leaders, but the rest goes for all.

Btw what the hell is "Shambeh"?

That's like this case:

We're playing RO and a Russian has thrown a satchel at our group, one player was called "snapshot" and someone shouted at teamspeak: "Watchout a snatchel!"

This was so awesome since then a satchel became a snatchel!

Ah voice joke, know I get it.

Sorry not working with me I'm too good at German to interpret wrong :)

Well I've made some examples for satchel planted as well.

But the main thing I guess that is needed is that several sounds have autoplaying. Like when you're reloading you automatically get a chat log and a audio for it.
Also when you killed an enemy you should say it automatically rather than you need to select "I got one" from the voice menue.

Just btw I'd volunteer for voice commands with my one. :)

I think its totally unrealistic to restrict certain classes from certain commands.

Soldiers on the front line would have no issue shouting out directions if the need be.

If a soldier saw a tank coming on the left flank, I'm sure he'd be able to say that the tank was coming on the left flank, not just shout tank.

I think its a sloppy way to try and make the squad leader more valuable by only allowing squad leader to shout directions.

A very handy command that I think squad leaders should have is "shut up!"

German: Halt's maul!
Russian: (За)молчи! - (Za)molchi!
