So,the game is still not fixed

The thing is....We paid to have access...like you said. But....How do you have access if you cant even get in to play? I am not trying to go on a rant, but I am mad...And I wanted to play and try to be helpful with what is goin on with the game. I was a beta tester on last RO when they made improvements to the initial game. All I want is to atleast be able to play the damn thing. I thought that atleast we would be able to do that...and consentrate on the other things that you have had the fortune to report.
I'm done....and sorry if this has got out of control.

You are being helpful. You are one of the people that has shown us over and over that some people will just complain about a bug even when a fix is on the way. In all seriousness, though, we didn't know this bug existed until we added more people and servers...how difficult is it to understand?

You do realize that you've already helped by reporting that there is a problem with getting the game to launch? Beta was launched less than 24 hours ago, SOME players reported this problem, while a large majority had no issues launching and playing the game. They've worked on the issue. Guess what? They have a fix already, which will be launching soon.

If you have a broader point of view, you'd realize this.

Thanks. I appreciate the way you have handled this. Earlier in the post I didnt even know that a fix was in motion. I guess with having so many problems over the years with games...you just get to be a doubting Thomas...Sorry Bro. Hope this gets fixed and we can get back to playing and trying to work out the"Littler" kinks.

I think we understand the dissapointment, but you actually contributed to the beta by trying to play and crashing. I'm sure it wasn't fun for you, nor was it for us, but the beta did what we want from it: massive connection counts pushing the game to limitations we haven't seen on a small scale so we can fix them.
Hopefully you can contribute in game while playing after this fix.

The server browser issues that we just fixed, amongst some other glaring/annoying bugs
