So how many people are playing KF?

A fair amount of people play on every difficulty, it won't take you hard to find a good server or two to add to your favorites. Be weary of of the dumb level 6 sharpshooters that play lower difficulties though.

Lol..I've never actually seen a lvl 6 ss play on normal and below. However, sadly, many ss's i've seen still tend to ebr spam, no matter their level.
Although I play my lvl 6 zerker on beginner just for fun. Because literally nothing can damage me, except gorefasts, stalkers, husks, fp's, and scrakes. Most of the time, I stand there and have a nice convo with people while letting them kill whatever manages to surround me.
So by nothing you mean five out of the seven specimens in the game?

Gah. I want to play so badly but my KF game browser is having an off week, I don't pick up any regular servers and what cames up in my favorites just gets a question mark for game info.
I'm dying here without my 23/7 dosage of Killing Floor
Have you checked the filters? Even though mine were unticked I wasn't getting any servers until I messed with them.
Yep. I have no filters on at all, my server browser is just acting up again. It usually does this every few months, so I should start picking up servers again in a bit.
Thats odd, I'd try standard fixes for stuff dude. Verify the integrity of game cache, delete clientregistry.blob in your steam folder, if all else fails, jsut join my server in my sig after favouriting it
Since that discount on KF, a lot of new awesome people are joining You guys should help them out with grinding for medic first, it's a good way to get them into the game for a few weeks.

I don't really pride myself on getting legit lvl 6 perks...
And just for the record, I'm sure a few of you have "cheated" on getting perks by going on some FF servers and doing "Hit and heal" at least once in your time on KF, or the siren tag team healing. I have done that for a bit, but found it was just making game play a bit more rocky.
As far as using mutators like bloated, never found the appeal of staying in one spot to farm. But that's just me. I really don't mind if people are lvl 6 from that. It's allowed in the game, so why not?
Getting back on topic, I really would love to see some number on how active people are now since the mac update came out. Maybe half of the active players would be lvl 1-4 by now, but KF is still a fairly played game with the regulars.

I can swear i never use that kind of trick, i play from last year, that time i get my medic to level 3, i get boring that time, so i stoped for at least 3-4 month from KF, from this year, i just keep playing suicidal and hard to get these healing point, depend on the team, i can get more or less healing point each wave.
