So 100% but still missing shadow teeth

I have 100% of everything done in the game but I’m missing the stupid shadow teeth to truly 100% the game. the quest says 10/10 and on the map it says 10/10 but no shadow teeth and I’m missing 4 trophies because of this. I love this game and I want to get all the trophies any help? Also I tried to take a pic and it says file is to large

100% complete but there’s a nutrient cache in the gulf which wont allow four trophies to pop...
