[Tuning] sniper scope sharpness

sometimes my scope becomes fuzzy and doesnt return to the nice sharp triangle its supposed to anybody know a fix to this?

sometimes it happens when i spawn already but most times its after i have suppressed or arty has landed close and the like any help would be much appreciated as this ruin 3 outta 4 of my lives as a sniper
