Many of you know me as [JR]1SgStanley75 and I frustrate many of you with my ability to shoot you and you have no idea from where.
Lets review.
1. It is not Hollywood, and going 'high' is not always a good option, I do far more damage 'low' than high. The bad guy will look for you where he percieves you will be, that is high or 'best' area.

2. Muzzle flash and the old standby sticking your gun out the window as you feel you need to get closer to window to 'see' are easy tells when I am looking for you. Machinegunners that sit still and blaze away, aim about 2 in above flash and let it go, you don't need to see profile, you will hit. The swinging gun is just too easy. Be deep in the cover, use shadows and angles to limit flash exposure, and when the 'bot shots' start relocate.

3. Blend your background, the German Grey uniform blends far better in the urban terrain, the Russian khaki-grey in the bush, use that. Shadows and don't do the 'jack in the box' on top of the rise you are hiding behind, go to the side away from the direct line of fire and fire across the enemy total front, get the 'flank shots' and depend on teammates or bots to cover you direct front. I prefer hunting the human players, bot farming is boring, you can always tell the humans, their favorite spots, and their routes seldom vary.

4. High percentage shots, fire on non-moving first then the coming at you or away low angle shots, then work on the 'runner' at a 90* deflection.

5. Fire once and wait a few before letting off #2, I locate you by sound first, then terrain. The pidder patter of little feet also gives you away, patience.

6. Finally like real, you all have played the maps, it is like a 'map recon', where to go, when to be there to be most effective, and when to relocate and to where. Doing a D.I.P. (die in place) is not a effective use.
And avoid the 'favorites' we all know where they are.

Today on Bridges as German defending the last Bridge I was basically in the open, kneeling, back deep in the shadows behind one of the archways killing everything on the Bridge approach. High angle so the look to the front types had no clue, narrow but adequite field of fire, from the ammo supply building to the wall on opposite side. And the usual suspects going to the usual places and having no idea how I was getting them. I gave the position up and let a few see where it was so they could understand the concept, I won't be there for a while, but I now know where to look for the copy-cats when I am Russian.

Think, range and shadows are your freind.
