I think medics could use more things to set them aside from everyone else, and that would be the power to repair armor to people who have armor, with armor patches bought from the store, could only carry 3-5 depending on medic level. Medic would not be able to repair his own armor.

Level 1 doesn't have the power to use patches
Level 2 can carry 3 patches cost 25 a piece and repairs only 20%
Level 3 can carry 4 patches cost 35 a piece and repairs 30%
Level 4 can carry 4 patches cost 45 a piece and repairs 40%
Level 5 can carry 5 patches cost 25 a piece and repairs 50%

its a suggestion, tell me what you think, why or why not, or should be changed?

I think it'd be nicer to have another class such as support do this. Although, I'd like support to be able to give a little bit of extra ammunition to other players (but not himself) instead.

sure how about we give support EVERY boinus possible and just remove all the other classes......

@OP: its a neat idea, but they shouldnt getmore expensive at higher level, even when they patch up more armour

Why should the medic have the ability to fix armour when they already have awesome healing? Someone else should be able to take on the 'supporting' role sometimes. It'd be cool if each perk had some kind of thing like this to help other players out.

Yeah it sounds like something that support would do, but I really don't recommend support gets another perk. This is definitely something that medic should get, even though it doesn't seem like something a medic would do. It just goes a long with the same point others make, when a medic is really needed, it's usually too late for the player.
Health drops really quick in this game. But if you could heal life AND armor, then the survivability of your team would go up, which is pretty much the medics role. Keep the team alive.

Good idea, because I wrote up on Medic Fix ideas, and i'll support you!

Here's the thing, and no offense here, but don't you think that this whole armor fixing thing would work more under the support specialist, since he's like an engineer?

orrr howabout the medic is allowed to carry spare suits of armour, say weighted at 2 to 3 kilos each (lighter then RL but wth), he can run up to somone and give them one the same way as you heal somone.

I really don't think you can just stick a patch on armor and make it good as new.

But you can have your chest torn to shreds by a scrakes chainsaw, get injected with some healing chemical through a needle, and your chest instantly mends itself back together again? Yeah, that is WAY more believable.

It's probably more like a stimulant and/or pain-killer to keep people fighting until they can get real medical attention.

It still makes more sense than a medic carrying around little Kevlar patches and sticking them on people's armor. Injecting drugs is something a medic might conceivably do, whereas mending armor isn't.

Ya wrong, pal. Medics carry both pain-killer and heavy-duty plastic and super-glue for such a honorable mission: mending wheels, eh, sorry, I mean mending amor :)
Anyway, this role should not got into medic hand, since ppl gonna ask for amor so much he'll forget healing, and we all know how siren can kill player.

I can understand where people think its more of a support class thing to do, but like someone said medic job is to keep people alive longer, and this is exactly what they would do, and now that i think about it, it should take 5 seconds to patch armor and 5 second cool down(that would be at highest rank)
to price 100 for each patch that seems quite expensive. i think the longness it would take to do it would be better, and once you buy the max 5 patches you can't get more till next round.
(I mean wouldn't it be smart tho for people to save their money while there armor gets patched up.)

ALSO DURING THE TIME IT TAKES TO PATCH NIETHER PERSON, MEDIC OR PERSON BEING PATCHED CAN MOVE.

I change my mind about the $ it costs, they will always for each rank be 50.
