Small Fonts

So I updated KF for the christmas update and now all the fonts are really small. Especially the ones for the server list. Any fonts that aren't small are bold. Even in game the round / speciman left counter is very small. I tried restarting Steam and even restarting my computer. I tried changing resolution but no luck. Not sure if this is part of the update but I hope not. Is there any way I can change it back?

Also since the update I'm having trouble finding games... Like I've had no problem before but now all my pings are N/A. I have no latency problems playing Starcraft II or browsing the internet.

Not sure what happened since the update but HELP!

**EDIT** I also want to point out that none of my perks show up either. I don't get any discount for selecting perks and in my player list nobodies perks show up... Even on single player this happens. I am reinstalling now to see what happens hopefully this will fix it but if not i'm open to suggestions

**EDIT** Reinstalled helped with the perks but all the is still ridiculously small... Seriously tripwire, any ideas?

It sounds like KF needs a patch already :S

Try deleting the user.ini file in your Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\system directory. You might want to back it up first.

What's the user.ini file for?

Deleted it but the fonts are still really small so im going to put the backed up version in again.


**EDIT** I also want to point out that when I updated KF, for some reason it set my resolution to the smallest possible setting. That's what the problem initially started. IDK what other setting it messed with. Anyway that's when I put it to the highest resolution which is 1300x something which is what my laptop is. That's where the problem started happening. I think the font is still trying to be at the 800x whatever resolution and for some reason isn't changing :S

Really? Nobody else is having this font problem? I've got 200 hours in KF and this is the first problem i've run into :/ is there a support hotline I can call or something?

In that case back up and delete the killingfloor.ini file as well, delete it and the user.ini file, start the game, change your resolution to the correct size and see if the same thing happens.
