I don't know if this has been mentioned before but destruction by small arms fire can be very unrealistic and can be stupid but if handled correctly it would be a nice addition to RoH. Fences should be susceptible to any weapon (except maybe pistols?). This might only be able to happen in SP mode only unless the server calclates it?
