Only experienced players should be able to pick those classes. Lets say 30lvl for SL and 50lvl for TL. Also TL should be picked by voting. Every player above 50lvl will make a request for TL in class pick menu and then team will choose their TL. And they choose of course that one with mic who will says them to choose him. Simple and effective.
