Already ruled out firewalls/security software. Disabling everything still has the same result. Not to mention that is the most obsurd and outlandish idea EVER. Every other game I have works just fine with my security software, and if that was the cause of these problems,
ITS STILL TWI's PROBLEM. WHY THE HELL should I have to disable my security to play a game? Why does this sound like I'm calling my ISP?
Of course I unplugged/reset my modem you idiot. I wouldn't be calling you guys if it was that simple.
And to rule out my computer, I installed the game on a couple of friends computers', and STILL THE SAME RESULT.
JUST to make it clear, here is a checklist of everything I've tried...
-masterserver file
-port forwarding NAT restrictions
-disabled ALL firewall/security
-directly plugged into modem/bypass router
-tried on multiple computers (tried each of these "fixes" on each computer)
There is only TWO constants in the whole situation.

I even went as far to purchase an additional copy for a friend to rule out my steam account, and he has the EXACT same problem.
I know you guys are trying to help, but when you bring up the most simple solutions that help nothing, it gets very frustrating, and quite frankly insulting.
