Strength in Numbers is a clan that takes pride in having not only good players, but people that are laid back, like to play on a regular basis and become friends in the process. We do not accept drama, immaturity or ignorance at anytime.

We always put our emphasis on having a good time, but we also strive to be competitive while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. We are a tight knit group of people that enjoy playing the games we love and build friendships along the way. Our members play a variety of games including: Red Orchestra, Killing Floor, Total War Series, Grand Theft Auto and Team Fortress 2.

Currently, -[SiN]- has a team that competes in Red Orchestra both as a member of ROLeague and in friendly scrims. We occasionaly hold practice sessions to prepare for competition and improve as a cohesive unit for upcoming matches. We welcome new recruits, so if this sounds like the type of group you'd want to become a part of, join today.

check out our site www.singamers.net for more info!

Been a while since we've updated anything....

New website address has been changed to www.singamers.net

We would also like to mention that we have been extremely active playing 25 matches in the last 4 months in ROLeague events including ROTOUR and REDTIDE as well as playing more friendlies here and there for some extra practice.

As usually....we're always open to new recruits looking for a home and some fun. If it's competition you're looking for, check out www.roleague.com to see what what events we are currently playing in.

ROLeague is legit enough. An active site with tons of information and goodies, a forum that people actually post in, and considering 10 clans have played at least 10 matches and that 9 clans have played over 20.....that is a weak attempt to make us look "inferior". Don't start flaming this battle again please .

This thread is for a clan not a league. ;)

i hope this thread doesn't turn into another slugfest between places again . just to reiderate, this is for -[SiN]- not ROLeague. we are just a clan that participates in it.

i invited you to join the big leages, it was hardly an insult. I know ROLeague is active but you are very selective in who can play with you all and must vote every clan in (i think?!?!). Like i wish to join the league but I dont think you would want me there :(

Sorry for this offtopic response just wanted to answer metal, if you want your recruiting thread cleaned out you could probably contact an moderator.

Just a question though, how many "Active" clans are in the RO Ladder? It seems as of late many units/clans are closing up shop.

In a ladder teams often do not play as often as in a league since there is no time limit for playing matches or arranging matches.

Especially newer teams like to take their time and be carefull with matches they arrange and play, especially since there can be quite an experience gap between the older clans.

When looking at the roladder roster of those clans, 20 clans are taking on matches, dor is the only inactive team in the rol rankings (they take a brake to train themselves to come back stronger), in there (their status should probably be changed). And there are some others that will be returning in some time that are not dead but just need some more practise or members.

RO ladder atm has got about 16 matches every week, with about 10000 hits every 1 or 2 days. We have definitely seen better times but were far from dead. Even though our forums are not so active these days (we removed a lot of non roladder sections and there is only so much you can say about that), a lot of people make match comments and chat with each other on our irc channel.

----------------------

Its worth trying out roladder for yourself. And make your own opinion.
A ladder is generally based about placement in there so you can see what clans are around you in skill to find opponent of equivalent skill to slowly get better and for some a struggle to the top.

The advantage and disadvantage in a ladder is that you can pick your own opponents (within applicable limits). So generally you never have to fight an opponent thats too strong or a team thats too weak, but should always get battles that are relatively close. (although for things to work well you need to play a few matches to get a correct rating). Thats why i think a lot of clans would love to play in the ladder, be it SHD, SIN or AKA.

Both leagues and ladders have their merits, we used to run both on roladder (and still have a full automatic system for leagues), we just decided to focus on 1 thing some time ago now the community is slowly getting smaller. Clans stay alive through ladders and leagues often thats why i can be **** about what i think are issues with ladders and leagues, because if a league or ladder dies often quite some clans that play in it go down with it.

So Sin to get ontopic for a bit why don't you guys tryout roladder? ^^

craig......

you demeaned and isulted ROLeague by belittling it in camparision to "the big leagues" without any explaination as to why it is inferior to "the big leagues". you are not doing a very good job promoting "the big leagues" by acting foolishly and posting disrespectful comments in the WRONG THREAD.

maybe you're right about not being liked by some people....perhaps it is because you go around trolling like this and show utter disrespect towards people? that doesn't mean that the clans of ROLeague don't like your clan. i'm positive that most everybody has respect for {Core} and the majority of its members and would unanimously vote them in. but when YOU do some of the things YOU do, it can rub people the wrong way causing them to not like YOU.

hopefully these post can get deleted because this is rediculous trolling.

my response to the words said in regards to ROLeague is in the appropriate thread. http://www.redorchestragame.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28815

to answer this, our reasons for not participating in roladder are probably the same as yours for not playing in ROLeague. we simply already have a place to play. we like the structure, organization, activity, dedication, overall style and community aspect of ROLeague. and we respect your opinions as i hope you respect ours as well.

not to say that we will never join roladder, but it is just something that we are not really interested at the moment.

Hey guys... Knock if off. If you want to have a thread about who beat who in a game, make a new topic. If you want to talk about RO Ladder, make a new topic. Otherwise, stick to talking about recruiting for the -[SiN]- clan here.

Zips, i have no idea who u r.

Anyway. I was merely inviting a clan to join ROL, hardly a lock worthy insult.

@ BSwearer. Are all clans welcom to the league and if so, can i bring my clan??
