Do you use the stab a lot? I find it's useful for quick decaps on damaged enemy heads as well as pushing back the bigger ones a bit when they are in your face!
I stab only with commando(with backup) and berzerker, as they are decaps on trash. I got good at leaning forward and stabbing crawlers in the head. Otherwise, it's 2 or 3 body stabs. I use the alt fire heavy attack, mainly. I do stab a lot in zed time if there is trash on me, easy headshots.
I also stab bloats, good instant decap. I've been practicing the parry and block more lately, it helps a lot. Bloats are tricky, though, if they lean back, they are too fat for you to reach their head with a stab.
I can kill 2 or 3 clots by running by them, swinging the mouse while doing a horizontal heavy slash and usually kill all of them.
Heavy alt fire is also instant kills on sirens and husks, if you hit them in the head with it(commando and zerk only).
I don't usually bother with primary fire much, as it sometimes kills, sometimes doesn't. For regular classes, I use alt fire exclusively.
I can kill scrakes with it, just need a medic healing, but it takes too long to be viable. Same with FPs, though fighting those enemies with knives made me a lot better with the pulv.
