Code Simple ammo regen mutator

Hi all. I've searched similar questions today, but haven't find answer

Please, help me with writing a simple "ammo regen" mutator, which can do:
- respawn all KFAmmoPickup on map on each wave start
- respawn any KFAmmoPickup 30 seconds after pickup.

You will need to replace them with your own version to spawn 30 seconds later. You will also need to make a mutator to check each spawn point (for the pickups) to check if empty, and if so, spawn a pickup.
