Side preference

Assuming you have a choice. Which side do you prefer?
Feel free to post your reasons for choices. Just for the sake of sanity, lets keep it flame free.

I have played fair number of hours on both sides, but preference is Allies. Maybe the family roots... Maybe it's the Red Star... Most likely it's both. I play on Russians, with the awesome audio tweak to have Ruskies speak Russian, and Axis are sprechen Deutsch, love the authenticity

This is about your preference... Perfect world scenario of always even teams and you have a choice

Poll is pretty straight forward:
You only play Germans
You only play Russians
You usually play Axis, but experiment with Allies on and off
You usually play Allies, but experiment with Axis on and off
You play both equally

p.s. seems that poll decided to screw with me, Choice number 3 is Playing Axis but sometimes playing on russians

I would play Allies more, as I am a communist(though no need to get into that on these forums), but I am in a German realism unit. It hurts when I have to kill my virtual brethren.

Not sure what you mean, because I don't believe cannibalism is morally wrong. But sure...

I usually end up as a Russian due to team stacking.

But really, if anyone prefers one team over the other to the point of team stacking then they deserve to be banned one very single server they do it on.

I usually play either the attacking side or the one that lost last round. Which I guess means I lean slightly to allies, but I play both pretty equally.

Agreed. But back on topic... playing as the Allies I think is more fun. I think they get the more ...interesting... spots on the map. Plus shooting someone who is using the MKB with a Mosin always give me a smile.

9 times out of 10 I pick whichever team needs another player.

The other 1/10 times I pick a team that I know is stacked, because I want to win a match, or if they are even I choose whichever I prefer at the time.

I almost always join the team with less players. 90% of the time, I am going Russian because of this.

I join the team with less players, or I join the team that is assaulting on the current map. I typically don't enjoy playing defensively on the current maps. I don't really have a preference beyond that.

Germans just because their weapons are superior imo. Plus assaulting grain elevator is more challenging than defending it...for a while.
