Just noticed today that both in RO1 and RO2 the list of servers takes upwards of 10 seconds or more to come up. Servers use to always come up straight away so anyone else noticing this or is it just me?

Must be Steam having a problem then. Not only is my in-game browser coming up empty, also Steam's server browser isn't responding either.
Here I am WANTING to play and its a struggle just to find a game because none of the browsers are responding or showing servers ugh...

Well looks like it's Steam then that's having the problem. Must be related to this "hacking" problem they're having.
Steam server browser seems to be working, but it is very slow. If I didn't wait, I would think it wasn't working.

What is WRONG with the server browser, not only does it take over 1min. to load any servers, it is reporting the pings all wrong/random, here are 2 pics. of my own server, one from Fav's and one from the ranked server list.

This is unacceptable,its bad enough that we have 400 servers with only 600 players, but what chance do we have if the browser is reporting the ping wrong!

I was wondering too, as both the Steam server browser and the Ingame server browser take forever to bring up a list...
For me.... both browsers, RO2 and Steam, are quick and show plenty of servers.
Before 15/16th Nov patches server browser was fast & nippy, after those patches server browser takes at least 20-30 seconds to start to populate. Usually has to shift-tab to Steam overlay and fiddle with game browser to see server list updating.

I had some problems with server browser following the 15 November patch (IIRC). It only showed few servers, took forever to load, and eventually stopped showing any servers.
However the problems disappeared when I deleted roengine.ini in Documents/Mygames-folder.

I'll Direct you guys to this thread in the Bug Report.... the listed solution in this thread solved my problem and also helps explain what's going on.
It's a quick fix until Steam sorts itself out with Trip games.
