Server - To many auto messages or word filters stop settings saving

Server bugs related to the RoGame.Ini

• To many sentences in the auto messages causes the webadmin to no longer save new settings / update settings
  • This can eventually lead to a crash if it is left to long without rectifying (reducing the auto messages).
• To many words in the world filter can cause the webadmin to no longer save new settings / update settings.

The above prevent any settings being changed or updated to the running game.

This is a super annoying bug. Constantly having to manually replace our ini before restart is time consuming and a little frustrating.

QA is unable to reproduce this. Any steps on how to recreate this would be appreciated.
