I didn't mean trace the IP back to the host. I should have been more specific.

You'll need to use something like wire shark to record your incoming packets to a log file and then see what kind of packets those IPs are sending to your server (it doesn't matter where they're coming from, you're testing to see if the packet/s they're sending are what's actually crashing your server).

Or you could download the program and manually test out crashing your server with it. If you can successfully crash your server with that software then you would at least have a good idea of what was being used to crash your server. If it doesn't work to crash your server though, then either something else is being used or something else altogether is crashing it.

You may want to be going through your event viewer to see if something else is happening in the background on your system that could be crashing it as well.

Then I'll look deeper, I do have to say I've had the same problems for a little over a year now and Went through three different' versions of Windows.

I notice that most people with rented game servers like myself won't see those IPs that crashes our servers. When it happens, our logs just gets cut off. The people with there at home dedicated servers like Endangered can view the IPs that crash there servers. Please Tripwire, step in and do something about it. If this continues any longer, most of us server owners might resort to using our game servers for other games. Our modded higher slot servers is what keeps Killing Floor alive, have more replay value then other games and for you guys to keep selling more copies of Killing Floor.

actually it never writes the ip down when i crash, Someone warns me that the server just crashed and i have to be quick to look at the console and write it down. There is almost no point to looking at the ip since they all use proxies and they change it every time they attack.

I just crashed again, this time my server was password protected;

small more bits of info;
C:\KFServer\system\ucc.exe server KF-Hellride.rom?game=KFmod.KFGameType?VACSecured=true?MaxPlayers=6?mutator=?Mutator=IJCWeaponPack-WhiteV27.MutKFWeaponPack?MutKFAntiBlocker.MutKFAntiBlocker?ServerBehindNAT=true?AdminName=hreesds?AdminPassword=blahalhak?ini=kffree.ini

Dunno what else to post that could be useful. :p Running pretty much all stock stuff and IJC, though I've had this happen myself even without IJC.

It does not matter, when the player attempts to connect, than password or no password, server will crash.

It does not matter when the server crashes, log or no screenshot, Tripwire isn't likely to ever figure this one out. :p

So what, we can only pray for players with non-steam or crack steam, not to connect ?

Tripwire doesn't support non-steam ,cracked server ,so if the problem ocurres by pirated versnios of Killing floor then it's your fault :) .

Problem with legit server. When non-steam client trying to connect ,server crashes. Any way to isolate non-steam players from server ?

Server is legit! Yes that's right, when non-steam client trying to connect, server crash. I am still trying to find the way, for server to block or reject these kind of players.
