Server crashes at start : faultrep.dll not found on windows 10.

HI,
Did an update from windows 7 to 10 this weekend, kf2 server is not working anymore, it shows that error.
How to fix it ???

reinstall Redist packages shipped with the server files.

Sorry to revive this thread but this is the first result in google and its wrong, just doing that dont fix anything on windows 10.
It seems you need to manually download this somewhere and its not secure and very risky, do anyone know an better solution ?

There may be an update for servers in the pipe. I should hear something shortly.
