[Crash] Server continuously crashing with same error

Im getting a similar error in a windows emulator:

running by batch: start .\Binaries\win32\ROGame TE-Gumrak?minplayers=10?maxplayers=32?adminpassword=ididchangethis -seekfreeloadingserver -port=7727 -log=server3log.log -configsubdir=server3
running as administrator right now, to rule out any other issue
i did run the ue3redist
I'll PM you the 2 dump files I got from this crash

some errors are fixed but some remain in console and still have random crashes all day long
