Server Server announcements?

Is there any way to configure server announcements? In KF1 servers could announce things via the chat, clan info, "you're playing on x, welcome" etc. That kinda stuff.

Is there any way to do this in KF2? Any mod available that won't derank the server? Thanks!

You can use this great tool : https://github.com/Seimax/AMC

It is made to do auto map changes, great, but you can ignore completely this and use the other part, which is what you want exactly streaming message based on time rules.

edit: I recommend using the windows version even on Linux, it works straight away with WINE on Linux, because the Linux native version is kinda ****ty to use and relies on dependencies which I couldn't have to work back when I tried.
