Here's my story.

Pre-loaded the game.
Updated etc.
Lauched game.
Game crashed when trying to enter practice mode. Hard crash, needed manual reset
When attempting multiplayer I received the following errors

ROerrormessage2.JPG

I also received a yellow warning bubble coming off the task tray with the following warning.

Windows_Fatal Application Exit
Kerio Personal Firewall Driver: AppendFragmentTooLongPath: GetLongFileNameError: C000000F, File: IRONxMortlock
Went to the help IRC channel and was told to make sure my firewall (Kerio) is set to allow RO network traffic. Did this but still couldn't join any servers, never progressed further than "connecting" on the join screen.

Restarted my computer just to be sure and now I get the following error when loading the game.

Build RedOrchestra_Build_[2005-11-27_10.48]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2669 MHz with 1535MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT (7772)

General protection fault!

History: UObject::StaticAllocateObject <- (Package None) <- UObject::CreatePackage <- UObject::ResolveName <- UObject::StaticLoadObject <- (Engine.Sound None..Headshot NULL) <- UObject::processEvent <- (CinematicPlayer ROintro.CinematicPlayer, Function UnrealGame.UnrealPlayer.PostBeginPlay) <- ULevel::SpawnActor <- (CinematicPlayer) <- UObject::processEvent <- (CinematicGame ROintro.CinematicGame, Function Engine.GameInfo.Login) <- ULevel::SpawnPlayActor <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Free
I now cannot load the game at all. This occurs even if I turn off my firewall.

Anyone have any ideas?

Also, is there a way I can make an offical ticket with technical support? This forum method doesn't seem very professional.

Thanks for you help,

M

EDIT - This is longer an issue for me.
