So Steam just updated Killing floor and when I try to play it it comes up with a critical error:

Build KillingFloor_Build_[2009-02-09_10.82]

OS: Windows NT 6.0 (Build: 6000)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2700 MHz with 4094MB RAM
Video: No Video

Can't find 'intAGameInfoexecGetServerAddress' in 'Engine.dll'

History: UPackage::GetDllExport <- UFunction::Bind <- UField::postLoad <- UStruct::postLoad <- UFunction::postLoad <- UObject::ConditionalPostLoad <- (Function Engine.GameInfo.GetServerAddress) <- PostLoadObjects <- UObject::EndLoad <- UObject::StaticLoadObject <- (Core.Class Engine.StreamInteraction NULL) <- UEngine::Init <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Free

I hope they fix this fast. Submissions for wave 2 end soon and I still need to test things in my map!

try deleting your killingfloor.ini file and verifying the integrity of the game cache.

Looks like you accidently got some corrupted files

-----------

If that fails delete your entire KF system folder and verify integrity again.

Same Problem

Same Problem

Build KillingFloor_Build_[2009-02-09_10.82]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2797 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: No Video

Can't find 'intAGameInfoexecGetServerAddress' in 'Engine.dll'

History: UPackage::GetDllExport <- UFunction::Bind <- UField::postLoad <- UStruct::postLoad <- UFunction::postLoad <- UObject::ConditionalPostLoad <- (Function Engine.GameInfo.GetServerAddress) <- PostLoadObjects <- UObject::EndLoad <- UObject::StaticLoadObject <- (Core.Class Engine.StreamInteraction NULL) <- UEngine::Init <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Free

Unfortunately, I've got an older system and I don't trust myself enough to start deleting files. Is there an easy fix?

if u delete the "killingfloor.ini" in ur killing floor system directory it will recreate it once u load kf again

I looked in the system folder and searched for the file but couldn't find any killingfloor.ini file. Could it be hidden?
