Hey anyone bought this game apparently its the big brother of soldner remember that game that showed lots of potential destructable enviroments etc but was buggy and i mean buggy as ****e that it was virtually unplayable(felt like an early beta) apparently the developers felt they should actually finish the game
this time around and are releasing a it under the name Semper Fidelis

Was quite fun. The Netcode is beyond repair though... and I wouldn't exactly call the graphics "up bar" with BF2 ^^

It was crap when I beta-tested for Wings (the original developers).
For instance a .357 magnum could take down a helicopter faster then an MG3 or M60
Missiles, like the Stinger, were really crappy and never hit their targets (my biggest gripe being a former Stinger Operator in the Dutch Airforce).

Eventually JowooD pulled the plug from Wings. And a bunch of very motivated modders took over patching and further development.

I doubt that it is worth the money. I installed the last patch before the latest one and it was still pretty bad. And not just the network code.

P.S. the game engine is now used for the game Panzer Elite Action.

I remember all I ever did was fly the c130 all over the place and just bail in high altitude for no appartent reason.
