[Error] See through walls while in prone

This have probably been taken up before I hope! But its really an exploit and need to get taken care of.

I can do this on any wall, I just have to strafe prone against a wall and I start seeing through it. Sometimes i even get stuck in the wall.

My resolution is: 2560x1440 and I play on high settings.
