Then the problem is on your end. You have a mutator or something breaking the whitelist.

Check your KillingFloor.log in the System directory for any "Security" entries.

I saw that some clientside characters come with code that is always on when you host the game and is preventing you to gain achievements

(beat the map 2 times in a row)
