Searching for a extreme gore movie title

Some time ago someone post a link to some youtube vids of an asian movie with extreme gore.

It seemed to take place in a prison where 2 guys had a fight, and in the end of hte fight of a fat guy the belly was cut where the main character continued to strangle him with his own intestines. Does someone know the name of the movie i couldnt find it with search.

Ichi the Killer isnt all that great, i had to watch it two times to understand what the hell was going on. Japanese are crazy and cannot be understood.

For another gore horror movie, go and see 'Cradle of fear'.
I''ve got an imported copy of that one, had some pretty brutal scenes (the memorable birth of a demon as it comes through the stomach, 'mother' in panick stabbing herself in the womb with a pair of scissors).

Ichi is really hard to watch, I had to watch it in parts, so much sick demented violence ... and not over-the-top joke violence like above, really nasty stuff... nipples anyone? :eel:

Anything beyond A Man Called Horse is too brutal for me and that's stretching it ().

Unless it has a really good reason to be so brutal (Saving Private Ryan, the landing part) or it's comically over-the-top (Evil Dead 2, the headless girl with the chainsaw in her neck...) of course. Then it's ok.
