SDK -- Build options?

Is there a way to Build All while excluding the Pylons from that build? I'm not mesing with them at the moment, and want to just check the stuff I'm working on that isnt affecting paths; i.e. covernodes, shaders, geometry, etc.

Can I set an option somewhere to exclude Pylons from the build process so it goes faster?
