This one is for gamers of a certain age: some modders are recreating HeXen in the Doom 3 engine, and here is some gameplay footage:

time for some screenshots.
I started the game with a pistol a TT33, moved up to a shotgun some remington maybe an 870 and then got my first rifle, an M1A not customized other than the taped up 20round mags
and my PDW for when i run out of ammo or face CQB an MP5KA4, its small and doesnt weigh much and thus is perfect for this.
This is what happens when ai factions attack each other. I was just a bystander. The police managed to kill all the rebels at a very high cost. I of course stole all the weapons that were lying about. ^_^ free profit is always fun. Notable guns i found: 2 chinese SKS variants(Type 63 and a Type 84)
Here is me waiting for AI to show up over the hill so that i can shoot them in their face.
My current weapon, an M14 purpose build for sniping, customized with a flashlight, i am looking for a laser attachment.
What my special dealer has in stock. Notice the expensive pistol? That is a rocket pistol.
Currently i have a car and am looking at hiring some mercenaries soon. I am looking for a assault rifle dude, machine gunner, someone for cqb maybe a shotgun, carbine or an smg.

its 7.62 high calibre, its got a smart pause system that works really nicely. Its ridden with bugs and all other signs of a small studio doing something they dont have the budget for. The gameplay is good though.
