Nope, strangely enough they let it through unmolested, the way the OFLC enforces ratings is completely schizophrenic.

Even if it was modified I would have just ordered an uncensored version from the UK (Europe is in the same region as Aus for the 360).

Just finished the game the other day, got the A ending but there's one thing I didn't do which prevented me getting overtime mode. Luckily I have a save where I can go back and do it.
