More inconsistencies of HL creatures/storyline. In HL1/OpFor they're studying the barnacles and can't get them to latch onto any non-organic matter (there's a holo-log in one of the labs telling you all about it). Right before you get to use one as a grappling sort of gun.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the arm is made up of organic matter![]()
I was referring to the barnacles picking up crates/barrels/anything in HL2![]()
touche. but I understand what you're saying bout enemies changing. Halo was the worst about it.I was referring to the barnacles picking up crates/barrels/anything in HL2![]()

Haha, actually wasn't the bloodsuckers, but was the group of soldiers that come in after you shut it down. I was bleeding and low on health after an encounter from a few guys, and rounded a corner and got shot in the head from a sniper down a hallway.I presume you met the bloodsuckers. How many did you kill before they got ya?
I recall traveling there for the first time with Oblivion Lost and packing way too little in the form of health and ammunition so when
I got there I was horribly low on bandages and maybe even out of them.
Not being able to stop bleeding from bloodsuckers and gun wounds wasn't very fun.
Made me play much more carefully though. It also made me scream and run out of the bunker like a little girl when a
huge amount of rats appeared and started to chase me on my way out.
