Hi there, thanks so much for posting this. I thought my graphics card was dying on me when I saw this, so I'm quite relieved to see someone else has the same issue.
I can confirm I have exactly the same artifacts appearing on this map as shown in the screenshots bellow:
If it helps I'm on Windows 8.1 and using the latest Nvidia drivers - 446.14

Hello again,
Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this bug, as it's a pretty major one and seems more than a coincidence that at-least 2 people are experiencing exactly the same artifacts on the same map. Just wanted to know if it's being looked into as it's been some time now.
