Took a picture of my issue, GPU is spiking from 100 to 0% seconds apart. Doesn't matter if settings are all the way low it still does it. Tried setting my power limit to it's max as maybe the gpu was having issues gwtting power but I have a 750 watt gold psu and this shouldn't be an issue. Doesn't happen on any other games, please help.
