Here's a list of wrong graffitis, signboard and posters.
I keep this post updated from time to time, as long as I find new errors.
Commisar's House:
In-game inscription says:
"Здесь каждые каменные выстрелы! / Here every shots [made of] stone!".
Totally makes no sense in Russian, and kinda frustrating.
And what I believe TWI want to do on this sign is:
"Здесь стрелял каждый камень! / Here every stone was shooting!"
It's about heavy defense and tough firefights for every singe building.
Totally makes sense now.
This one is a common in-game graffiti. And this is precisely the problem.
Well written (except capitals mixed with low case letters), but it says that building was defended by Sgt. Pavlov.
Two missing letters in "Продукты" (Food; Food supplies), but signboard doesn't looks damaged at all.
Barracks:
Blackboard:
"School closed due to unforeseen circumstances."
Really? Does war is a "unforeseen circumstances"?
Kinda ironic, and if we consider the victims of that "unforeseen circumstances" is kinda cruel.
"Not a step back - there is no land for us beyond [the] Volga [river]".
"Land" is strikethrough and replaced with "Воахи"...
What the **** is that "whoa-hee"? No such word, not any guess.
Mortar crew training scheme.
"Краю леса" (edge [of the] forest) - wrong declension.
I believe, some word might be missing.
Maybe it is "На краю леса", "До края леса" or most likely just "Край леса".
Several Stalin's portraits on the level.
I don't know who's an artist, but it is post-Stalingrad work for sure: Shoulder marks first appears in Red Army only in January 1943.

"Secret Political Department of the NKVD" - that kind of signs against every prison cell, does it's make sense?
English/American card deck, "A, K, Q, J" indexes, when back in days we had "Т, К, Д, В".
"Housekeeping <an adjective> [missing word]".

"Административно-хозяйственная часть"? Yes, most likely.
Station:
"Туалет" (toilet) - mirror-written.
"Machine Parts" make sense in English, but not in Russian.
"Fragile!" word missing - have to be "Хрупкий груз!"
No such type of boxes in USSR.
Fallen Fighters:
"Культтовароп" (recreational goods) - last letters is wrong, should be "Культтовары".
Book title: "СЕКРЕТНО" (secret; classified). Oh, it doesn't looks secret at all, more like visitor register book.
Apartments:
Post-war poster, guy holding AK rifle. Several topics on that subforum already.
Would you change it to this one, would you?

"Zlotnikov's fruit trade".

This signboard are clearly pre-revolutionary.
You guys must be seeing this on some old photos, like 1912 or so.
But in Stalingrad?... It's ridiculous, just like a Polish vodka.
Those movie posters (like left one on the picture), many of them on that level, I'm reeeeeeeeally like em.
But all of them is 1926-1928 movies. Well, seem not "realistic", but fine for me yay!
"Cement" poster (one with a smiling guy) makes me smile too.
"ОБОРОНЯЙТЕСЬ!" (Defend [yourselves]), Verb, plural, imperative mood.
Catchy one. Hard to explain. It's just doesn't seems real to find that word as a slogan.
It's like from the robots planet lol, if you know what I mean. "Non-alive", especially when compared with other.
I might be wrong, and TWI designers might seem that graffiti in old photos, but the fact is: I don't believe it, sorry.

^ Here is a missing letter in "сержант" (sergeant).
It's more like "сержит" now. Rubbish, no such word.
Also, "гв." (short for "Guards") is absolutely looks like a capital "И".
I found that this is "гв." only after original photo.
And as we can see now, mixed case of letters is because of that shell-hole.
In-game missing part is:
"Here fought heroically against the enemy Guardsmen of the Motherland: Ilya Voronov, Pavel Demchenko, Alexey Anikin, Pavel Dovisenko."
Red October:
"B" objective.
Sign says: "Сварка цех" (welding department).
Wrong, should be "Сварочный цех".
Grain Elevator:
Should be "СТОП", not "СТОИ".
Also, I'm not sure about that kind of road signs in USSR in '40s.

I goggled it, and guess what I found.
Bogomaterinskaya church, Smolensk, 1912.
[...] Entrance to the Church on the left side of the gate. And on the right - a store with a sign: "Fruit trade M.G. Zlotnikov." (Doors and windows are shuttered.) [...]
Do you guys recognize that building?

Medical supplies locker.
"Скальпель" - scalpel. Only one it there? If not, "скальпели" then.
"Решение" - mean "solution" like a solution to a problem, but my guess it's supposed to mean "solution" like mixture composed, so it's should be "Раствор" then.
"Плазмы" - it's plurality for "plasma" (blood element), and there is no plural for plasma is Russian.
"[missing word] [of the] Stalingrad Red Army House".
What, "Barracks"?
Canned goods.
"Свскид"? "Свекид"? "Свекнд"? No idea. Maybe "Свекла"? Mmm, canned beta, I bet it's tasty!
"Garrison Housing [missing word]". Commission most likely.
"Гарнизонная жилищная комиссия" then.
"И" is backward to "N".
High voltage Jolly Roger:
"Stop! Life-threatening"
"СТОЙ", not "СТОИ".
"И" is backward to "N" also in "Жизни".
And electrical panel sign is pretty obvious one.
