Running shooting animations?

Anyone getting the same bug/common problem it seems that plagues CS aswell? When someone is running towards you, it appears that their gun is in their hand running yet they just pumped rounds into you, and Im scratching my head seconds later respawning.

Its highly annoying in CS with nade throws, and starting to get annoying in RO2..

Anyone else seeing this?

Uhm maybe it's because there is no delay between sprinting and aiming mode. I can even move from hipshooting to Iron Sight mode without releasing the trigger with smgs.

Not noticed it. I do however only rarely get reload animations. It can be rather annoying having to guess how far the reload process (or whether it has begun at all) is proceeding. Only the "The magazine is full" message reveals that I have reloaded. This occurs 98% of the time.
